How often should I have micro-needling?
Micro-needling can be done every 4-6 weeks. Depending on your skin concerns, a course of treatment can be determined at your initial consultation.
Is it painful?
A topical numbing cream is used to minimise any sensitivity or discomfort throughout the process and most clients find the treatment totally manageable.
When will I see results?
Results will build over the course of your treatments as your skin starts to remodel itself. Directly following treatment, expect the skin to look plumped up and radiant. Bear in mind that whilst you will see steady improvement, this is not a quick fix!
Is it safe?
Yes, this treatment is considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. Micro-needling is a non surgical, non chemical way to rejuvenate skin and effectively treat multiple skin concerns.
What do I need to do afterwards?
It’s important straight after, that you protect your newly treated skin by not wearing makeup, getting sweaty, exposing your skin to heat and very active skin care formulas. Also important to ensure application of sunscreen.
